1. How long are the tours?
Wine tours are usually no less than 5 hours
for a half day tour, typically visiting two wineries. A full day tour
runs approximately 8-9 hours, visiting up to four wineries.
Since you are renting on an hourly basis, we
can help you create customized itineraries based on your preferences.
Simply contact us by phone or e-mail for help with your custom itinerary.
Let us use our familiarity with the Texas Hill Country wineries to help
you plan your itinerary.

2. What is the cost of a tour?
Tour prices vary depending on which vehicle
you choose for your wine tour and how many hours you use the vehicle.

of our vehicles available for your wine tour.

3. Where does our group
get picked up?
WineToursof Texas.com will pick
you up at any number of pre-determined locations anywhere in Austin or
the Central Texas Hill Country. We are happy to arrange a convenient pick-up
at your hotel, home or business. Contact us at 512-458-5466 to discuss
your Wine Tour of the Texas Hill Country and pick-up options. We can pick-up
at one location or multiple locations, however, if you have a large group
we recommend one pick up location for time saving and convienience.

4.What are the options
for lunch?
You are welcome to bring you own
snacks/lunch and eat in the limousine or at one of the wineries.
Or, we can provide a deli box lunch
for $10.00 per person, including a sandwich of your choice with chips,
pickle, cookie and drink.
We also have a list of restaurants
along each of the tours. (Please note, this typically adds approximately
one hour to your tour.)

5. Can we bring wine/alcohol
in the Limousine?
Yes. Texas State Law does not allow
Limousine and tour companies to provide you with alcohol, however, you
may bring alcoholic beverages of your choice.

6. Are there tasting
fees at the wineries?
Most of the wineries will waive
tasting fees for clients with Wine Tours of Texas. We will inform you
if there are any fees associated with your tour. It is always nice to
show your appreciation by purchasing a bottle of wine from each of the
wineries along your wine tour.

7. What are the deposit
requirements for a wine tour?
There is a $100.00 deposit at the
time of booking. We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa credit
cards. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the date of your wine tour
and will be charged automatically unless you call Aloha Limousine/Wine
Tours of Texas, to make other arrangements.

8. What are cancellation
and refund policies?
Cancellations must be made in writing
via e-mail or fax.
Cancel within 7 days before your
tour date and there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee.
